Literature Text

I feel you inside me,
moving shard of glass.
Peeking through mirror
fragments.

Eyes like hunger, mouth of tears.
Salivating
ghost so long, your birth will be my death.

I broke all of your toys
but you,
you stole my burning feathers.
Raw,
flayed,
ugly,
stupid
child, don't you know wings hurt?

Get back in, my old.

Unique, I will give it that. I feel like the last line should have more... 'my old' what? Friend? Lover? Of course, you could have left it that way for effect and if so, you've succeded. I like the imagery behind 'burning feathers'. Well done.
